Upon arrival, I encountered a pool that had been closed for long hours, which was quite a letdown after a long day. The laundry facilities seemed pricey and didn't appeal to me. Additionally, my key card consistently failed, making access to my room a hassle. Drainage issues in the sink led to unpleasant surprises, like floating debris. While I had decent pillows, the general state of cleanliness left room for improvement, making it difficult to feel fully at ease during my stay.
